My Background

I began at College Coach after a wonderful stint as a pandemic stay-at-home dad. I previously worked at the University of Portland for 13 years in the Office of Financial Aid. While at UP, I dedicated myself to helping students and families navigate the complexities of financial aid. I spent many evenings presenting at local high schools for Financial Aid Nights, as outreach was one of my core job responsibilities.

Why I Joined College Coach

I am one of three people in my family who have worked in higher education, so it was no surprise that his first “real” job out of college was in the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid at Park University in Parkville, MO. It’s in my blood. I have a lifelong desire to help others, and College Coach allows me the opportunity to share my expertise with many different families in meaningful ways.
