Yes, College Coach is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC). Most school counselors are working one counselor to literally hundreds of students at a time. A College Coach consultant is focused on your student, one-on-one, providing dedicated help and guidance through every aspect of the admissions process; college lists, essay, applications, finances...everything. School counselors will of course be important to your student’s college process. But they’re often stretched thin and are generally off during the summer when the Common Application is launched and essay writing should begin. Also, unlike College Coach’s team of consultants, school counselors have generally never sat in the decision-maker’s chair at a college.

We can support your family no matter where you are in the process. In general, we like to say earlier is better since starting in 9th grade allows us to provide guidance to plan efficiently for things like curriculum and extra curricular activities.
